We start with a free discovery call to scope out your project - goals, timeline, budget. From there I put together a proposal with a clear breakdown of deliverables. Once we align, it moves into design, development, testing, and launch. You're involved at every stage, never left wondering what's happening.
For a custom website or app, I typically start at $1,500. More complex projects - SaaS platforms, full-stack apps with backend systems - run higher. I'd rather have an honest conversation than quote something that doesn't match your expectations.
Yes. Every project ships with a 2 weeks support window post-launch, and I offer monthly retainer packages for clients who want ongoing updates, hosting management, and new feature work. We'll discuss what makes sense for your project.
I deliberately keep my client load small - typically one active projects at a time. That's intentional. It means you get full attention, not divided effort. If my schedule is fully booked I'll tell you upfront and we can plan around a start date that works.
Absolutely. Many projects start from nothing but a concept. I handle everything from wireframing and UI design through to development. You don't need to arrive with specs or mockups - just the problem you're trying to solve.
Taking over existing codebases is something I do regularly. Share the repo and a brief overview - I'll assess the structure, give honest feedback, and we'll figure out the best path forward, whether that's a refactor, a rebuild, or continuing where it left off.
